At Pistis Gaming, we stand behind every product we sell. Our faith-driven values mean we believe in doing right by our customers and that starts with policies that are honest, fair, and transparent. Every order is handled personally by co-owners Christian Discenza and Isaac Lilly, with the same care and attention we would want for ourselves.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination. If you have a carrier preference, note it at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and PO Boxes may require additional transit time. International shipping is available on select items — please contact us at Pistis.support@gmail.com before purchasing to confirm availability and costs. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees.

Packaging & Item Care

We take special care packaging all orders, particularly retro consoles, cartridges, and collectibles. Fragile items such as Funko Pops and loose cartridges are bubble-wrapped and boxed appropriately. If your item arrives damaged due to packaging failure on our part, please see the Damages & Issues section below.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking is provided through whichever carrier fulfills your order — you can use that number directly on the carrier's website. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. After 24 hours, contact us at Pistis.support@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
