Pistis Gaming is owned and operated by Christian Discenza and Isaac Lilly, a Pacific Northwest based business specializing in retro game consoles, classic titles, and gaming accessories, with inventory sourced out of Denver, Colorado.

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
All retro consoles and games sold by Pistis Gaming are sourced through independent suppliers in Denver, Colorado. Pistis Gaming is not affiliated with any original manufacturers or Denver based organizations.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our store are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed and shipped. We accept all payment methods available through our Shopify store.
4. Orders & Fulfillment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or in bad faith. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once your order is placed and confirmed, our team will process and fulfill it as promptly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
5. Shipping
Pistis Gaming ships both domestically within the United States and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

7. Customer Responsibility

Pistis Gaming is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

All content on the Pistis Gaming store, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Pistis Gaming and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission from the owners.
